The fuel shut-off valve works fine and the generator will continue to run for a while because of residual fuel in the carburetor. This ETQ generator does the job. With its power, runtime, cost and portability, it meets all your expectations.

The ETQ generator starts easily in first to second pull and it does run quiet and smooth.  It’s definitely not some cheap, whining sounding piece of junk like some campers may use. The engine is very quiet running and the exhaust note is not bad at all. The noise level is about normal conversation tone. This generator is great for camping and won’t keep you up at night with the noise.

Some unhappy customers noted that the position of the oil hole is a little awkward; you either have to tilt the unit, or use a funnel with a hose. The pull cord is recessed behind the support mounts so that it cannot be pulled directly out from its housing but rather at a slight angle. Over time this may result in extra wear on the cord and cause it to break sooner than it would otherwise.
